- July 3 – Last day to modify allocation
- July 5 – Credit cards charged & orders available for pickup
- July 6 – Last day to make changes to shipping information
- July 10 & 14 – Wines ship (temperature controlled if needed)

Tasting Notes
The 2021 vintage is a stellar representation of what we expect from Mukaida. The top ten barrels of the Peters Vineyard Pinot Noir are selected and comprised of a blend of the oldest vines from the 777 and Pommard clones. This deep garnet-colored wine starts with intense aromatics of fresh blue and red fruits with toasty oak, spice, and caramel. On the palate, there is an abundance of structure with rich cherry flavors up front leading into a juicy, vibrant acidity. This elegant wine is full-bodied with concentrated deep flavors that expand into velvety soft tannins and end with a long, smooth finish.
This Mukaida Pinot Noir is a compelling mouthful of wine that invites you to savor every sip.
