The one you have all been waiting for! We are thrilled to announce our first virtual tasting event partnering with Journeyman Meat Co. an experience that is sure to tantalize your tastebuds. By combining traditions passed down through their family, techniques learned from the Italian greats, and seasonal ingredients harvested from local farms, Cathy & Pete Seghesio and the Journeyman Meat Company team have created some of the best salumi in Sonoma County. This exciting new virtual experience will teach you about the similarities between wine and salumi as you taste your way through the pairings! Hosted by Journeyman Owners, Cathy & Pete Seghesio and Tasting Room Manager, Nancy Juarez.
Each bundle serves 2-6 people and will include:
- 2017 Russian River Valley, Pinot Noir
- 2017 Campbell Ranch, Pinot Noir
- 2017 Leras Family Vineyards, Pinot Noir
- 3 Local, Salumi Chubs Journeyman Meat Co.
- 4-Pack of Repours, to keep leftover wine fresh after the event
This event is on April 24, 2021 from 3:00pm – 4:30pm PT via a Zoom Meeting. Wine & repours will ship in the same box and salumi will ship separately closer to the event date. A few days prior to the tasting event, you will receive an email with the Zoom meeting information.
Limited space available. In order to receive all materials for the virtual tasting - all bundles must be purchased by April 8th.
