Due to COVID-19, the annual Pigs & Pinot event has been transformed into an Instagram Live Pigs & Pinot Tutorial Series featuring Chefs Charlie Palmer and Scott Romano in a live cooking demo and wine pairing. Our 2016 Peters Vineyard Pinot Noir is the featured wine entered for our Pigs & Pinot Tutorial event on June 18. This amazing Pinot Noir will be paired with a mouth-watering Espelette Roasted Pork Tenderloin served with heirloom tomatoes, charred kale, sweet & spicy mascarpone, pickled cucumber, and sunflower seeds.
