“Good food and good wine” is the foundation of Papapietro Perry Winery and that’s why we absolutely love Gerard’s Paella. We are excited to offer this new virtual tasting experience where you will have the opportunity to cook alongside Chef Gerard Nebesky, sip award-winning wines and learn the art of preparing his famous paella, all while in the comfort of your own home!
Lifelong chef, restaurant owner, and winner of the Food Network’s Throwdown with Bobby Flay, Gerard Nebesky, will walk you through this “Paella & Pinot Masterclass” and will be answering all of our culinary curiosities. Throughout this event, Tasting Room Co-Manager, Nancy Juarez will guide you through a curated tasting of each of the Pinot Noirs included.
- 1 bottle of 2018 Russian River Valley, Pinot Noir
- 1 bottle of 2017 Nunes Vineyard, Pinot Noir
- 1 Paella Kit (Rice & Spices)
- 1 Paella Pan (3-4 servings of Paella)
- Recipe Card for Gerard’s Paella
- Grocery List (Protein, Veggies & Cheese needed)
- Zoom admission to the event
*Each participant will need to buy the protein or vegetables needed to complete the paella as well as the Manchego cheese ahead of time. A grocery list will be sent prior to the event.
This event is on Friday, December 10th from 5:00pm – 6:30pm PT via a Zoom Meeting. The wine & Paella Kit will ship together and the pan will ship on its own. All items will ship on 11/8 or if the order is placed after that date, all orders will ship immediately. You will receive two tracking numbers. A week before the event you will receive an email with the Zoom meeting information from Jessica@papapietro-perry.com.
Limited space available. In order to receive all materials for the virtual tasting - all bundles must be purchased by November 24th. We record all events, if you are not able to make it to the live event, buy the bundle and request the recording by emailing us below.
