Join us for our first culinary experience led by Liberty Ducks!
Dinner for two
Thursday, March 11, 2021 from 5:00pm – 6:30pm PT
We’ve teamed up with Liberty Ducks to bring you a night of fine wine and dining from your own kitchen. This cooking class will teach you how to render and cook sustainably sourced duck breasts. Cook with Chef Jennifer Reichardt from Liberty Ducks as she walks you through her farm to table family recipe. Along with the duck breast you will receive a recipe and grocery list (items to purchase to cook your meal) ahead of the event. The recipe will include two optional side dishes to complement your meal. This is your chance to become a gourmet chef, with a firsthand cooking experience.
Hosted by Liberty Ducks Chef, Jennifer, and our tasting room host, Nancy Juarez, this amazing tasting includes two duck breasts, with the option to add two additional duck breasts for a larger dinner party. Each Liberty Ducks Tasting Kit will include two duck breasts and a recipe that will include all the ingredients, prep, and instructions you will need to create your culinary delight! This bundle also includes one bottle of each 2017 Nunes Vineyard Pinot Noir and 2017 Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir. We suggest sipping the 17 Nunes Vineyard while cooking and opening the 17 Sonoma Coast to enjoy with your meal.

Limited space available. Wine will ship immediately, frozen duck, recipe, and shopping list will be overnighted a week before the event. Shopping list will indicate what additional items need to be purchased prior to the event to complete your meal. Items cannot be substituted. In order to receive all materials for the tasting - all kits must be purchased by February 26th. A few days prior to the tasting event, you will receive an email with the Zoom meeting information.
